Yozaimen: Flavorful Broth-Infused Noodles
Experience Yozaimen, where the noodles themselves are kneaded with a rich broth instead of plain water. Aged and deep-fried for a chewy texture, these noodles carry an extra depth of flavor, providing a robust base that complements the Uni Jajang sauce beautifully.
Aromatic Vegetable Oil
Our recipe includes a light stir-fry of onions, green onions, and garlic in vegetable oil. This method enriches the dish with clarity and flavor, ensuring a gourmet experience from the first taste to the last.
Simple Cooking Method
Boil 600ml of water and cook the noodles for 5 minutes.
Drain and stir-fry with our gourmet Uni Jajang sauce for 7-8 seconds on medium heat.
Turn off the heat, add in the aromatic oil, and mix thoroughly.
For an even more delightful experience, consider adding eggs, cucumbers, or your preferred toppings.
