Every order at Empress Korea earns 2% back in store credit. There is nothing to join and no points to convert: the credit is added to your account automatically and works like cash on your next order.
How you earn
- 2% of what you pay for your items. The reward is worked out on your items after any coupon or discount. Shipping, taxes and duties, gift cards and any part of the order paid with store credit do not earn.
- Added when your order is completed. You will get an e-mail telling you how much you earned.
- Guest orders earn too. The credit is saved to an account under the e-mail address used for the order. Sign in with that e-mail and a one-time code to see it. No password is needed.
The product page, your shopping bag and the checkout summary all show what an order will earn before you pay.
How you use it
- Sign in, then tick Use store credit at checkout. You choose how much to apply.
- Store credit can pay for your whole order, including shipping and taxes. It cannot be used to buy gift cards.
- Your balance and full history are in My account → Store Credit.
Good to know
- Valid for 365 days. Each reward expires 365 days after it is added. We send a reminder 30 days and 7 days before any credit expires.
- Refunds. If an order is refunded, the reward it earned is taken back in the same proportion. Store credit you spent on a refunded order is returned to your balance.
- Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
Gift cards
You can also buy store credit as a gift. The recipient gets it by e-mail and uses it at checkout the same way.
