Refund & Return Request

Please note: We can only accept return requests for items that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Requests due to a change of mind (item no longer wanted) cannot be accepted. Customs issues are also not eligible: completing import clearance and paying any duties or taxes is the recipient's responsibility, and packages refused, not cleared, or disposed of by customs cannot be refunded.
