Kimbap Recipe
Ingredients:
- Seaweed
- Rice
- Cucumber
- Sesame seeds
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Mix the vinegar, sugar, and salt. Microwave for about 20 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
- Adjust the sauce to taste and mix with rice.
- Thoroughly wash, peel, and cut the cucumber into thin strips.
- Cut the seaweed in half. Spread a thin layer of rice on about 2/3 of the seaweed.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and place cucumber strips in the middle of the rice. Roll up the seaweed tightly.
- Shape the roll and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
