How to Use
- Attach the dedicated connector (sold separately) to your Spectra wide-neck breast pump.
- Connect the Spectra Easy breast milk storage bag to the connector.
- Pump breast milk directly into the storage bag.
- Fill up to a maximum of 180 ml (about two-thirds of the bag), then remove from the pump and close the cap tightly.
- Write the baby’s name, date, and time on the bag, and store the bag upright in the refrigerator or freezer.
- To thaw frozen breast milk, place the sealed bag in warm water below 55°C and warm using a double boiler method.
- When the milk reaches about 40°C and the color bar shows the optimal temperature, gently shake the bag.
- Attach the nipple set to the connector on the bag and feed directly, or pour the warmed milk into a baby bottle for feeding.

Cautions
- Always close the cap firmly when storing breast milk.
- Store the bag upright; do not lay it flat when refrigerating, freezing, or thawing.
- Because breast milk expands when frozen, do not exceed 180 ml per bag.
- Record the date and time on each bag to help ensure fresh breast milk is used.
- Breast milk thawed in the refrigerator can be stored for up to 24 hours; do not refreeze thawed milk.
- Do not add freshly expressed milk to a bag that already contains stored or partially thawed milk.
- When transporting stored milk, keep the bags upright and avoid impacts or falling over.
- Use an insulated cooler bag when going out to prevent spoilage of breast milk.
- When warming, use a double boiler with water below 55°C; do not heat the bag directly in boiling water or in a microwave.
- Check the condition of the milk and bag before feeding, even if it is within the suggested storage period.
- Keep storage bags and caps out of reach of babies and children.
- Do not reuse, boil, or sterilize the storage bags; they are intended for single use only.
- Do not use if the bag is damaged, punctured, or leaking.
