How to Use

1. Attach the dedicated connector (sold separately) to your Spectra wide-neck breast pump.
2. Connect the Spectra Easy breast milk storage bag to the connector.
3. Pump breast milk directly into the storage bag.
4. Fill up to a maximum of 180 ml (about two-thirds of the bag), then remove from the pump and close the cap tightly.
5. Write the baby’s name, date, and time on the bag, and store the bag upright in the refrigerator or freezer.
6. To thaw frozen breast milk, place the sealed bag in warm water below 55°C and warm using a double boiler method.
7. When the milk reaches about 40°C and the color bar shows the optimal temperature, gently shake the bag.
8. Attach the nipple set to the connector on the bag and feed directly, or pour the warmed milk into a baby bottle for feeding.
