This low-pH duo-layer makeup remover is enriched with milk protein and fermented soy milk to moisturize skin while gently removing stubborn makeup without irritating sensitive eyes and lips. It’s gentle on the skin while effectively removing even waterproof makeup.
Milk Protein Extract helps to improve skin’s moisture retention and Fermented Soy Milk cultivated from 100% non-GMO soy beans, helps to strengthen skin barrier and improve elasticity of skin.
[HOW TO USE]
Shake well to mix the emulsion and water layers into a milky emulsion. Soak a cotton pad with the makeup remover and gently wipe the eye and lip area. For stubborn waterproof makeup, leave cotton pad on eyelids or lips for a few seconds and then gently swipe to remove.
