Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. EmpressKorea ships internationally from South Korea, so please review your size, color, and product details carefully before checkout.
Eligibility for Return
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- All returns must be approved in advance — submit your request through our Return Center.
Non-returnable Items
- Change of mind, size, or color preference on clothing, hats, and accessories.
- Used, washed, customer-damaged, or incomplete items.
- Sale or clearance items marked non-returnable.
- Requests made after the 7-day window without prior approval.
- Orders refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs duties.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, submit a request in our Return Center within 7 days with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Open our Return Center and submit a request with your order number, the reason for your return, and photos.
- Wait for return approval and the return instructions from our team.
- If approved, ship the item in its original condition within 7 days to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
Shipping & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed to the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their country. We do not offer refunds for packages rejected, returned, held, or destroyed due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept delivery.
European Union Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
