Story
“If we divorce, I’ll miss you and want to see you every day.” Can she go back to the time before she knew him?
Serena is shaken when she finds divorce papers. She can’t accept it and goes to Aizer to ask why he really wants to leave her. Then she wonders if this divorce is also part of his deal with her grandmother, and she asks him outright. Aizer admits the divorce was part of that agreement. Serena suggests they persuade her grandmother to remove the divorce clause. Aizer refuses and says the divorce is his own choice, not the deal’s. His cold answer hurts her deeply, and she walks out.
About the Series
Serena is known for its lavish art and well-built story, and it gained a large readership soon after the webtoon began. It follows three people bound together by hatred and love. Serena is the only heir of the Serenity family. Aizer is her husband and the person she hates most. Fredrick is her favored companion and her only comfort. The characters have layered emotions, and the detailed staging brings out their love-hate relationships. As Serena grows into her role protecting her family, the two men stay close to her. A relationship that began in a tangle slowly changes as the three come to need each other.
