The ROM&ND Better Than Finish is a compact finishing powder formulated with extremely fine powder that adheres closely to skin to quickly absorb excess sebum and leave skin looking smooth and flawless. It comes with a matching puff and soft brush that delicately applies powder evenly over skin. This multifunctional formula can also be used as a dry shampoo and as a lip and eye primer.

Directions
- Pick up a moderate amount with a brush or puff.
- Gently apply on desired areas on your face.
- Using brush for semi-matte finish and puff for matte finish.Caution
