As someone who usually doesn’t keep up with K-pop, I found myself somewhat indifferent to Rocket Punch’s new album ‘BOOM [Heart ver.]’. At first listen, the catchy beats seemed pretty formulaic and reminiscent of their previous releases. However, giving it a second chance really changed my perception. The vibrancy embedded in each track dances along different styles – ranging from electronic bursts that brighten your mood to ballads where their vocals shine surprisingly bright against all odds. Now that I’ve revisited these songs more openly, there’s no denying they offer genuine excitement as well as creativity—perfect for any age group! Definitely unexpected!
