Story Synopsis

I suddenly open my eyes and find myself inside a romance fantasy novel as its infamous villainess, fated to die young. Even though this body suffers from an incurable illness, my own soul is perfectly healthy and very much alive. Since I have landed inside my favorite story, I decide to stop worrying about my short life and instead enjoy everything I love. My first goal: wholeheartedly admire and “stan” all the characters I liked in the original novel. But the people around me, who only know me as the cruel villainess, are bewildered. “You are going to die soon… How can you smile like that?” Well, maybe it is because all the male leads are unbelievably handsome. Grateful just to see such beauty in person, I choose to spend my remaining days living exactly as I wish.

  1. Olivia London, UK

I really liked the story in volume two. It continues to engage me and has nice illustrations on every page. I enjoyed seeing how the characters evolve, especially our villainess trying for a happy ending. The book arrived quickly too, so that was a plus! Definitely plan on buying more volumes.

  2. Nolan Denver, USA

Just finished volume 2, and it’s a fun read. I like the artwork a lot. The story really picks up this time around. Loved how it dives into more character development too. Perfect for casual reading at home or on break.

  3. Lúcia Ribeiro from São Paulo, Brasil

Quando eu me deparei com a continuação de ‘When the Villainess is in Love’, confesso que estava cético.

  4. Clara Donovan from Toronto, Canada

In a playful twist, this comic revitalizes the villain trope! It highlights hope amidst despair and unexpected humor woven with life lessons. Who knew recklessness could be so endearing?

  5. Ella Raines from Toronto, Canada

In a quaint Toronto bookstore, I stumbled upon ‘When the Villainess is in Love’. Its portrayal of passion defied traditional narratives; characters blossomed amidst expectations. A tale reshaping my perceptions and redefining romance.

  6. Callum Abernathy from Toronto

In a daring twist on typical romance tropes, “When the Villainess is in Love – Vol.2” plunges deeper into both whimsical comedy and poignant moments that defy expectations for what it means to be labeled as ‘the villain’. As the protagonist embraces her identity, she expertly intertwines bravery with humor, unraveling beautifully complex dynamics amongst characters drawn not only from fairytale origins but steeped in vivid emotions relevant today. Readers find themselves engaged by thoughtful introspection woven within lavish artwork; each frame encapsulates raw expression distinctively merging vibrant colors alongside playful narrative fluidity. There’s an undercurrent of rebellion—a joyful refusal against fate where charm truly captivates while elegantly confronting mortality.

  7. Linh Zhang from Shanghai, China

Initially, I picked up ‘When the Villainess is in Love’ Volume 2 with a hint of skepticism. Another villainess story? But as pages flipped beneath my fingers, the narrative grew beyond stereotypes—turning dread into anticipation. Gwijo Seo masterfully weaves humor and unexpected depth through quirky character interactions and relatable conflicts about mortality. While lighthearted moments pull laughter, poignant undertones whisper life’s fragility without dragging down momentum. In capturing true human emotion within enchanting storytelling set against rich backgrounds reminiscent of Seoul’s streets or grand old palaces layered in mythos, this volume firmly established its place among an elite few that transcend genre confines.

  8. Elysia Tao from Taichung, Taiwan

Flipping through ‘When the Villainess is in Love’ Vol. 2 felt like reclaiming my narrative, a tapestry woven with laughter amid sadness—a heartfelt embrace of duality and strength.

  9. Lina Martinez from Mexico City, Mexico

Yo! Just dived into ‘When the Villainess is in Love’ Vol.2, and I’m hooked—like totally smitten. 😍 It’s wild seeing a ‘villain’ spin their narrative from gloomy to fab while battling this epic illness. Who knew villainesses could be such softies?! The art has so much flair; it’s like every panel pulls you deeper into her charm and quirky chaos. Can’t help but root for our gal to find love despite what everyone says about her ‘limited lifespan.’ Real feels here, people! Such a unique twist on traditional roles too!

  10. Luciana Hwang from Lisbon, Portugal

Navigating the quirks of life as a charmingly cursed villainess, this volume invites readers into heartfelt complexities. The whimsical yet poignant dialogues bring forth nuanced emotions beautifully illustrating the struggle against fate in an unexpectedly vibrant universe.

  11. Lucas from Lisbon, Portugal

An engaging plot with stunning artwork. The characters come to life beautifully, making it hard to put down!
