KOELF Ruby Bulgarian Rose Hydrogel Eye Patch is a jelly-textured hydrogel eye mask designed to brighten and revitalize the delicate eye area. Infused with a jewel complex of ruby powder and Bulgarian Damask rose flower water, it helps give tired skin a clear, glowing look. Cooling hydration recharges the under-eye area before makeup and can also be used on expression lines for daily line care.

How to Use
- After cleansing, refine the skin around the eyes with toner.
- Use the enclosed spatula to take out 1–2 patches and place them to fit the shape of the under-eye area.
- Relax for about 10–15 minutes, then remove the patches.
You may also apply the patches to areas where care is needed, such as laugh lines or the forehead, to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
