Tradition and Quality
HOJEONG-GA’s master, Yoo Young-gun, has been passing down the secrets of traditional Korean food for three generations. We carry on the values of tradition into the future through continuous research, development, and quality improvement. Since 1990.
Unique Seasoning
Seasoned with grain syrup made by the master himself, it offers a light and clean taste that is not too sweet. The rice taffy and grain syrup, made from domestic rice, add a distinctive flavor without using sweeteners like sugar or starch syrup.
HACCP Certification
Produced in a clean, hygienic, and state-of-the-art facility, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Storage Instructions
For long-term storage, keep in the refrigerator or freezer. In winter, it becomes soft and delicious if you eat it in a warm room or heat it in the microwave for a short time. For a soft texture, store it in a cold refrigerator or freezer before eating.
