- As known as water tank, hyaluronic acid retains rich moisturizing deep inside the skin for a long lasting hydration, while vitamin B5 (panthenol) and Frouctan form a strong moisture barrier on skin surface to prevent any moisture loss.
[HOW TO USE]
Place it under each eye area for about 20~30 minutes.
