Rice Bran Water 68%
Rice has been central to Korean skincare as much as to the Korean table. In the Joseon dynasty, rice bran water was used much like today’s toner and known as “beauty water.” Rich in amino acids and minerals, it softens and moisturises dry skin.
Alpha-Arbutin 2%
Alpha-arbutin works by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, the step that drives melanin production — and it is understood to be considerably more effective than ordinary beta-arbutin at the same concentration.
