Note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed to the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their country. We do not offer refunds for packages rejected, returned, held, or destroyed due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept delivery.

I got the Daydream version. The photo book has nice pictures. Lyrics are clear and easy to read too. Some cards were a bit smaller than expected but I still like them all. Took about two weeks to arrive, though.

I really enjoyed TXT’s ‘The Name Chapter: Temptation’ mini-album. Each song offers something unique, and the overall concept is captivating. ‘Devil By The Window’ is a standout track, and the album as a whole proves TXT’s musical appeal.
