We want you to be happy with your order. EmpressKorea ships internationally from South Korea, so please review your size, color, and product details carefully before checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, submit a request in our Return Center within 7 days with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Refunds cover the price of the returned product(s) only. Original shipping charges and any prepaid duties, taxes, or customs and clearance fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. These amounts are paid through to the carriers and customs authorities and are not retained by us, so they cannot be refunded.
To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed to the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees in their country. Completing import clearance — including paying duties and taxes, providing any documents requested by customs, and working with a customs broker where formal clearance is required — is the recipient’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds for packages rejected, returned, held, or destroyed due to unpaid duties, incomplete customs clearance, or refusal to accept delivery. If a package is destroyed or abandoned by customs, no refund can be issued. If a package is returned to us and received in resalable condition, we will refund the product price minus the actual outbound and return shipping costs and any fees charged to us.
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Returned items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
