If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed to the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier.
