Note: Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
To exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your return is approved.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once the package has been handed to the carrier. If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier.

Mình dùng sơn JelloJello màu Nutty Blue này rất ổn. Sơn bóng, dễ thoa và lâu phai màu. Chỉ cần 1 lớp thôi là đã đẹp rồi. Có điều chờ chút thời gian khi ship đến nhà mình ở HCM.

The color is nice but not as deep blue in photos. I found it easy to apply, and the shine lasts well after curing. Removed easily too without damaging my nails. Wish the bottle was a bit bigger for regular use.

The nutty blue color is nice, not too bright. I applied two coats, and it looked decent. Glossy finish lasted over a week with daily work at home. Had to wait longer for delivery than I liked but overall it’s worth trying out.

This blue nail polish looks nice, but the color is a bit different than online. It applies easily and has stayed shiny for over a week. Just remember to cure each coat well under UV light. Shipping took about two weeks though.
