Helmet Size Selection Guide
1. Measure your head circumference using a tape measure. Measure both the forehead and the back of your head at the fullest point.
2. Refer to the size chart of the helmet you are purchasing to select your size.
3. If you have physical characteristics, choose the size by adjusting it. Wearing glasses, hairstyle, long hair, chubby cheeks, cheekbones, protruding chin, etc.
For full-face helmets, it is recommended to choose one size larger than open-face helmets.
