To ensure the most accurate fit, follow these steps:
- Use a measuring tape and wrap it around your head as shown in the image.
- Measure above your ears, from the forehead (just above your eyebrows) to the back of your head, and back to the forehead.
- Compare your measurement with the helmet size chart to find your ideal size.

✔ A snug fit around the cheeks and head is the correct size.
✔ Initially, the helmet may feel tight, but it will conform to your head shape over time.
✔ If you wear glasses, have permed hair, or long straight hair that needs to be tucked inside, consider choosing a size 1-2 cm larger.
