Care and Maintenance

To maintain the quality and finish of your Ottchil tableware, please follow these guidelines:

• Wash gently using a soft cloth or sponge.
• Dry completely after washing before storing.
• Avoid using abrasive scrubbers, as they may damage the lacquer finish.
• Do not use in dishwashers or microwave ovens, as high heat can damage the wood and lacquer.
• Avoid subjecting the utensils to strong physical impacts.

Note on Natural Characteristics

As these are handcrafted items made from natural wood, please note that there may be slight variations in color or texture depending on the wood grain and exposure to air during the lacquering process. A slight variance in size of 1 to 2 cm may occur due to the nature of handmade production. If you notice a characteristic scent of the lacquer upon arrival, please be assured that it is normal for new Ottchil products. The scent will naturally dissipate over time with regular use, washing, and exposure to air.
