Note: Items sent without approval will not be accepted. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the process.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved. Credit may be issued for future use if a suitable size is unavailable.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately with photos and details so we can assist you.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed over to the carrier. If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please file a claim with the shipping provider.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or clearance issues in their country. We do not offer refunds for rejected or returned packages due to unpaid duties or refusal to accept the order.
