How to Use
Cold Compress (Ice Bag)

Fill the bag with ice up to 1/2–2/3 full, remove all air, and seal it completely.

Place the bag on the appropriate body area without applying pressure. (Applying pressure may increase the risk of frostbite.)

To avoid extreme coldness, wrap the bag in a towel or cloth before placing it on the injured area.
⚠ Use ice and cold water only. Do not freeze the entire bag.
Hot Compress (Hot Bag)

Fill the bag with hot water (46℃
50℃ / 114.8°F122°F) up to 1/2–2/3 full and tightly seal the opening. -
Gently place the bag on the desired area without applying pressure.

To prevent burns, wrap the bag in a towel or cloth before applying it.
⚠ Always turn the pouch upside down and press gently to check for leaks before use.
Precautions for Safe Use

Use only for its intended purpose – do not use for other applications.

Do not freeze the product itself in a freezer.

Avoid strong impacts, sharp objects, and exposure to fire, as they may damage the bag.

After use, make sure to completely remove the contents and store the product in a dry place.

Always close the cap tightly before use to prevent leaks.

If the contents are too cold or too hot, always wrap the bag with a towel or cloth before placing it on the skin.

When using for the first time after purchase, rinse gently with neutral detergent and let it dry before using.

Condensation may occur due to temperature difference, but this is not a defect and does not affect product performance.
