COSNORI Tone On Waterproof Brow Cara is a waterproof eyebrow mascara that tints and sets brow hairs with a gel-to-powder texture for natural, long-lasting color. It comes in six shades to match different undertones and is formulated for gentle wear with clinical low-irritation test results. Each tube contains 3g of product made in Korea.

I grabbed this in the shade that leans a bit gray since my brows are dark and most browns pull orange on me. The gel goes on wet but sets in seconds, so I can shape the front hairs without them clumping. Wore it to a Cubs game that turned into a drizzle and my brows didn’t budge. The spoolie is small enough to get the tail right, which I appreciate.
