When my baby struggles with hard stools, they cry so hard and their face turns red. It breaks my heart that there is nothing I can do… I cannot just stop feeding baby food either.
For probiotics, you can choose between drop type and powder type – whichever is easier to feed. Drop type has the advantage of directly dropping into baby mouth, but if they refuse to open their mouth, it is hard to feed. Also it runs out quickly and feels like more gets wasted.
Powder type is convenient because you just dissolve it in formula and give it. If your baby drinks formula well, they will take it without resistance. It tastes slightly sweet and has a nutty formula flavor.
Individual stick packaging is hygienic and portable.
The most important smooth bowel effect is EXCELLENT. If I forget for one day, constipation comes right back. Must give it every day! They say probiotics work best on an empty stomach in the morning, so I dissolve it in the morning first feeding and my baby drinks it well.
