The Biodance Skin Refining Mild PHA Toner is a gentle exfoliating toner that refines skin without irritation, leaving the skin with a radiant glow. Packed with 8% PHA that targets dead skin cells on the surface, while drawing in moisture for a dewy, hydrated complexion.

Directions
1. Put a moderate amount of the toner on a cotton pad and adhere it to the skin for 3-5 minutes.
2. Gently swipe off the cotton pad and pat the residue on the skin to absorb it.
