This toner has the ideal pH level of 5.5 to effectively balance your skin, while 10% Licorice Root Water and Peony Extract add an extra dose of luminosity to your complexion. Green Tea Extract also helps calm skin and reduce pigmentation, including acne scars and dark spots.

Directions
After cleansing, pour an appropriate amount of toner onto hands or cotton pads and pat gently onto skin. Follow with the rest of your skin care routine.
