Lower shipping as your cart grows
At checkout, 10% of your eligible item subtotal is taken off paid shipping. The more you add to one order, the less you pay to ship each item.
Review rewards: up to 20% off
After your order is completed, we email you an invitation to review what you bought. A verified review of at least 30 characters earns a 15% coupon, and a review with a photo earns 20%. We reward honest reviews, positive or negative. Reward coupons are valid for 60 days, with up to 5 rewards per order.
Store credit
When we issue store credit, for example to resolve an order issue, you can see your balance and history under My Account and apply it at checkout.
