Some countries restrict the import of cosmetic goods. Any issues arising from customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are also responsible for any customs and import taxes imposed by their country.
For EU customers, we have implemented the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system to simplify VAT obligations. VAT is collected at checkout and remitted accordingly, helping to facilitate smoother and faster deliveries.
No Refunds for Customs Issues: If an item is returned due to customs refusal, unpaid duties/taxes, or rejection by the customs office,
we cannot issue a refund. Payment of customs duties is mandatory, and we are not responsible for packages refused or returned by customs.
