How to Measure

For Women:

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline at the narrowest part.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your waist.

For Men:

Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape under your arms and parallel to the floor.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, above your hip bones.
