01. Après le shampooing, retirez légèrement l'humidité avec une serviette et soulevez les cheveux vers le sommet de la tête.
02. Après avoir retiré le film à l'arrière de l'autocollant, portez le bonnet capillaire par l'arrière comme si vous l'enrouliez autour de tous les cheveux, et ajustez-le et fixez-le pour qu'il s'adapte à la taille de la tête.
(Veuillez le fixer fermement afin qu'il n'y ait pas d'espace entre le pack et votre front)
03. Massez légèrement pour que les nutriments du pack capillaire soient absorbés par l'ensemble du cuir chevelu et des cheveux, puis retirez le pack capillaire après 10 à 15 minutes et rincez abondamment à l'eau tiède.
