Receta de Kimbap
Ingredientes:- Alga marina
- Arroz
- Pepino
- Semillas de sésamo
- 3 cucharadas de vinagre
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar
- Una pizca de sal
- Mezcle el vinagre, el azúcar y la sal. Caliente en el microondas durante unos 20 segundos para disolver el azúcar.
- Ajuste la salsa al gusto y mezcle con el arroz.
- Lave, pele y corte el pepino en tiras finas.
- Corte el alga marina por la mitad. Extienda una fina capa de arroz en aproximadamente 2/3 del alga marina.
- Espolvoree semillas de sésamo y coloque tiras de pepino en el centro del arroz. Enrolle el alga marina firmemente.
- Dele forma al rollo y córtelo en trozos del tamaño de un bocado.
