1. When should I remove the patch?
Keep the patch applied for 6–8 hours. Do not exceed a maximum of 24 hours.

2. The patch is swelling and turning white. Is that normal?
Yes, the patch absorbs exudate, causing it to swell and turn white. Replace with a new patch as needed.

3. The patch is difficult to remove. What should I do?
Due to its strong adhesion, removal can be tricky. Soak the patch lightly with warm water and gently peel it off from the edges.

Instructions for Use

Open the pouch and slightly fold along the film’s slit to cleanly remove the patch.
Position the patch at the center of the affected area and gently press it down for 2–3 seconds.

Post office economy shipping usually takes 8 to 16 business days. For Empress Korea products, production begins after ordering, and shipping to the United States typically takes a week, while delivery to other regions may take 15 to 30 days.
