Ingredients for Ssamjang Tuna Bibimbap
: Rice, Ssamjang, tuna, perilla leaf, onion, green onion, Cheongyang red pepper 

1. Prepare tuna by removing oil.

2. Slice the perilla leaves long and prepare them. 

3. Chop onions, green onions, and cheongyang peppers into small pieces. 

4. Stir-fry onions, green onions, and cheongyang peppers lightly in a frying pan. 

5. Add tuna and ssamjang and boil them down. 

6. Put perilla leaves and stir-fried tuna ssamjang on the rice.
