調理方法

外袋を開け、中のものをすべて取り出します。

パック①を開け、脱酸素剤を取り出し、内側の線まで水を加え、ジッパーを閉めます。

パック②を破り、発熱パッドを外袋の底に平らに置き、その上にパック①を置きます。

パック②のガイドに従って、外袋に冷水を注ぎ、密封します。
-
発熱パッドが食事を蒸す間、10〜13分待ちます。注意：熱い蒸気が出ます。

開封し、底からよくかき混ぜ、お好みに合わせてソースを加えます。
