Unlike its thicker cousins with aggressive formulas, this cleanser has an airy foam quality resembling soft whipped cream—divinely lightweight and luxurious against my face. After a couple of weeks in San Francisco’s damp climate where congestion often rears its ugly head for so many of us skin enthusiasts, I noted less visible blackheads and smoothed texture; bye-bye unwanted blemishes! Despite some others leaving tightness post-wash (I’m talking about those harsh deep cleansers), this left behind velvety softness due to thoughtful hydration—a refreshing departure from norms.
I’ve been using the primera BHA Bubble Peeling Cleanser for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The mildly acidic, soap-free formula feels so gentle on my skin while effectively removing dead skin cells thanks to the BHA and AHA components. My favorite part is how it foams up nicely, reducing irritation during cleansing while also reaching deep between my pores. After each wash, my face feels smooth and hydrated rather than stripped of moisture. It has helped soothe some minor acne breakouts too!
