   I actually tried Soltice Tamaflex Joint & Cartilage Protection 5days myself. My joints have been stiff lately and my knees feel achy on many days, so I chose this to try even briefly. The 5-day supply was good for starting without burden.

   The packaging has daily portions separated, making it easy to manage my intake schedule. The tablet size is not too burdensome, so it was easy to take in the morning.
