   I am raising a 9-month-old baby. Ever since starting late-stage baby food and feeding three meals a day, constipation came. The baby would not drink water well either…

   When my baby struggles with hard stools, they cry so hard and their face turns red. It breaks my heart that there is nothing I can do… I cannot just stop feeding baby food either.

   For probiotics, you can choose between drop type and powder type – whichever is easier to feed. Drop type has the advantage of directly dropping into baby mouth, but if they refuse to open their mouth, it is hard to feed. Also it runs out quickly and feels like more gets wasted.

   Powder type is convenient because you just dissolve it in formula and give it. If your baby drinks formula well, they will take it without resistance. It tastes slightly sweet and has a nutty formula flavor.

   Individual stick packaging is hygienic and portable.

   The most important smooth bowel effect is EXCELLENT. If I forget for one day, constipation comes right back. Must give it every day! They say probiotics work best on an empty stomach in the morning, so I dissolve it in the morning first feeding and my baby drinks it well.

   I will keep repurchasing! Highly recommend for babies with constipation! 🙂 b

   1. Easy daily gut health habit with just one stick a day
   The individual stick packaging is hygienic for storage and no burden to carry a few when going out. It is convenient to give one before daycare in the morning or like a snack before bed, making it easy to give consistently every day. The powder does not fly around or spill, so it is easy for children to hold and eat themselves. As a parent, the fact that it is not troublesome was the most satisfying point.

   2. Taste and texture that children accept without resistance
   Taste is important for probiotic products, and my child eats this without refusing. It is not overly sweet – just subtly sweet like a snack. The powder particles are smooth so swallowing is not uncomfortable, and it can be taken without water when out, which is very convenient.

   3. A lightweight daily probiotic easy to maintain consistently
   After giving it, there were no signs of bloating or discomfort, and it feels like something that can be consumed without burden in daily life. I believe consistency is most important for gut health products, and this one my child says they want to eat again, so I think it will be good for long-term use.

   I have been consistently giving my child Biovita BeBe Gold 45g for gut health, so let me share my honest review. My child is quite sensitive and often alternates between constipation and loose stools, so I decided to regularly give probiotics.

   First of all, I really love that it comes in individual stick packaging – hygienic and easy to carry around. When going out, I just toss a few in my bag without any burden. And the powder dissolves well without affecting the taste when mixed with yogurt, baby food, or milk.

   What I am most satisfied with after consistent use is that the bowel rhythm has gradually stabilized. Before, there were days when my child could not go for several days or suddenly had loose stools, but now it is relatively regular. Individual results may vary, but I feel it helps maintain a basic gut condition.

   I purchased Biovita BeBe Gold!

   ★ Why I bought it: After feeding drops for 6 months from newborn stage, I wanted to switch to powder-type probiotics. After trying Biovita BeBe Gold once, my baby has been on it until 18 months now!

   ★ My Review: For baby probiotics, no matter how good they say it is, it needs to work for YOUR baby. My baby was having trouble with bowel movements during the weaning transition, so I searched hard for powder-type options instead of drops. Biovita BeBe Gold came up and after comparing with regular BeBe version, I chose Gold. Thankfully my baby has never had constipation since, so I keep buying this without changing!
