※ Jacket/Components/Packaging Condition

Due to the manufacturing and shipping process, minor creases, corner dents, and splits may occur on the jacket. The inner sleeve may also tear due to contact with the disc.
The disc label may not be perfectly aligned due to the production process, and the outer plastic wrap is not covered under the warranty.
Most Japanese-manufactured LPs are not sealed in outer plastic wrap.
Digital download codes may be discontinued without prior notice from the manufacturer.

※ Playback Issues

If you use a turntable without adjustable tracking force (mainly all-in-one models), playback issues may occur on tracks with high dynamic range variations. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not possible for playback issues caused by equipment limitations. We recommend using a turntable with adjustable tracking force.
Playback may be affected by static electricity and dust on the disc. Most issues can be resolved by using specialized cleaning products.
Dust buildup on the stylus can also cause playback issues.

※ Disc Appearance Issues

Due to the vinyl pressing process, which involves heat application, the disc surface may have slight warping or undulations. If playback is unstable, using a stabilizer can help ensure smoother playback.
To minimize tonal distortion and maintain consistency even after repeated playback, the center hole of the disc may be manufactured slightly smaller. If the hole does not fit the turntable spindle, it can be adjusted using a specialized tool.
Minor surface scratches or imperfections on the printed areas of the disc may be present and are not considered defects.

※ Colored Vinyl Discs
The following cases are not considered defects, so returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted.

The actual color of the disc may differ from the online images.
Due to the nature of colored vinyl, color variations may occur between different copies of the same album.
During the production process, other dye colors may mix in, causing smudges, blurs, or spots.

Delivery times for Empress Korea products typically range from 2 to 5 business days, excluding 3 to 5 processing days when using FedEx or UPS. However, delivery times may vary depending on country-specific conditions.
Post office economy shipping usually takes 8 to 16 business days. For Empress Korea products, production begins after ordering, and shipping to the United States typically takes a week, while delivery to other regions may take 15 to 30 days.

Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
