After wiping the test subject's back with 70% ethanol and drying it, test substance 20 was dropped into a finn chamber with a diameter of 8 mm, and it was attached and fixed to the test site. The patch was attached for 24 hours, and after 30 minutes, 24 hours, and 48 hours after removing the chip, the degree of irritation was observed by a dermatologist according to the criteria of the International Contact Dermatitis Research Group (ICDRG).
