If your skin is very sensitive, it is okay to shorten the nose pack usage time to 15 minutes before or after.
1. Place the nose pack fabric on your nose according to the shape of your nose.
2. Apply the pack for about 20 minutes (for sensitive skin: 15 minutes before and after) to allow the sebum to dissolve.
Just before the pack dries, it is a good idea to add the remaining liquid onto the pack.
3. After removing the fabric, if you wipe away the sebum with a cotton swab, more sebum will come out.
