5. If you press and hold the power button, the device will start working with a sound.
6. The first operating mode is AUTOMATIC mode. Press the power button briefly to change the mode.
7. Check the intensity adjustment on the skin of the inner forearm or thigh.
8. Adjust the head strap to fit the size and use it tightly against your face.
9. If you press and hold the power button, the power turns off with a sound. The recommended usage time for this device is 15 minutes per day.
