2. Wipe the inner EMS massage panel with a wet tissue or wet towel.
3. Combine the head strap with the main body.

5. If you press and hold the power button, the device will start working with a sound.
6. The first operating mode is AUTOMATIC mode. Press the power button briefly to change the mode.
