Design Story
In Yoon Dong-ju’s poetry, “stars” symbolize eternal love for everything he held dear. This commemorative piece was released for the 70th anniversary of Korea’s liberation, created in collaboration with graphic designer Kwon Ha-yan.
Each word from the poem “Counting the Stars at Night” is beautifully expressed through typography on the clean glass surface. When filled with dark beverages like coffee, the beauty of the Korean letters stands out even more.
