How to Prepare

Open the outer pouch and remove all inner contents.

Open Pack ①, remove the oxygen absorber, add water to the internal line, and seal the zipper.

Tear open Pack ②, place the heating pad flat in the bottom of the outer pouch, and place Pack ① on top.

Pour cold water into the outer pouch using the guide on Pack ②, then seal.

Wait 10–13 minutes while the heating pad steams the meal—caution: hot steam will be released.
