LEESHIN workshop ottchil spoon Min(民) is a domestic product. Only good wood with fine wood grain and high ottchil absorption rate is selected and repeatedly subjected to ottchil and water sanding to create a smooth surface and can be used safely without worrying about environmental hormones. (Do not confuse it with Kashchil, which contains formalin, a class 1 carcinogen!)
This product is made even more meticulously because it is the most basic design that requires focusing on small details such as head size, sharp joints, and center of gravity. This is a product where a lot of effort was put into the handle to ensure a comfortable grip.
For reference, the reason why the product becomes brighter over time is not because it is worn out or the ottchil peels off, but because of the natural characteristics of the ottchil, which is also called ‘ottchil blooming’. You can use a properly made ottchil spoon with confidence as it has an antibacterial effect that prevents cavities just by holding it in your mouth.
LEESHIN Workshop ottchil products are 100% handmade. Therefore, the size, shape, thickness, color, pattern, etc. may not be the same.
In particular, fine scratches, bubbles, brush marks, etc. may occur, and the shape of the wood grain will not be uniform.
Please understand that the above phenomenon is not a defect and is a natural phenomenon of handmade products, so exchanges/refunds are not possible.
