Nachdem Cheongmyeong, ein Mitglied der Mount Hua Sekte, hundert Jahre in der Zukunft erwacht, behält er nur Erinnerungen an eine brutale Begegnung mit dem Anführer des Dämonenkults, dem bösen Cheonma. Diese erbitterte Schlacht drohte, die Zehn Großen Sekten des alten China auszulöschen, aber Cheongmyeong besiegte schließlich Cheonma, wenn auch nicht ohne tödliche Verletzungen zu erleiden.
