If the color is red: Flavors like peach, berry, mango guava, and mulled wine use hibiscus extract powder. The natural anthocyanins in hibiscus change color with pH, which might turn red, blue, or black. This is a natural occurrence, so please make sure it dissolves well in water.
If the color is green: Flavors like Shine Muscat and Citrus Lime use young barley powder. If not dispersed fully in water, you might see dark green or black granules. This is a natural characteristic of the ingredients, so it is safe to consume.
