[HOW TO USE]
1. We recommend to use the mask 2~3 times a week for 4 weeks. For the better results put the mask on for one hour on a daily basis.
2. While putting on the mask, apply the equal force to pull up the mask from the jaw toward the ears. When mask fits the contours of your face put the loops around your ears. (Since mask gives tension in both directions, in order not to avoid any discomfort slightly pull up the mask toward your ears and fix it by putting the loops around your ears)
