使用指南
对于初学者：
- 晚上，在清洁和日常护肤程序后，取米粒大小的量，均匀涂抹于面部。

- 晚上取豌豆大小的量，作为护肤程序的最后一步。

对于高级用户：
- 选择适合您皮肤的精华浓度，取豌豆大小的量，让其吸收。
- 开始时每三天使用一次，持续两周，然后每两天使用一次，持续一周。最后，如果耐受，则每天使用。
